Sam sat in his cheap motel room looking out the window at his rental car. He missed Dean, but he would never admit it. Nope. Dean could come to him.   
It had been a rather stupid fight to be honest.  
Sam had told Dean he didn't feel he was focusing enough on finding a way to save his soul, which he reminded him was doomed to burn in hell.

You may find it funny that I am writing to you and are probably wondering what on earth I could possibly have to tell you that I couldn't tell you in person. Well, you might not even get this letter yet because I don't actually know if I'll be sending it.

went to the docs today about getting the implant and saw the nurse (sonja) she's lovely =]
however
a while back when they took some blood they discovered i have a Thyroid problem so she wanted to take more blood to check up on it.....shit.
i do not deal with blood tests well

sonja got the needle and put it in my arm, and a tiny bit of blood came out she went oh its stopped giving me blood =S

THEN

i went dizzy and light headed, past out, came round swore at the nurse, past out, came round, threw up all over the floor, past out, came round asked for a glass of water, then passed out AGAIN and woke up on a bed.
